CloudMonitor ("we", "us"), a product of Radiatus, respects your privacy. This policy describes how we handle information when you use our website and application.

Information we collect

• Account data — your name, email and workspace details when you register.
• Cloud metadata — resource, cost and configuration data pulled read-only from the cloud accounts you connect. We do not read the contents of your storage, databases or application data.
• Usage data — standard logs (IP, browser, pages viewed) used to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your data to provide the service — computing your inventory, spend and security posture — to communicate with you, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data.

How your cloud credentials are stored

Access keys you connect are encrypted at rest with AES-256, are never displayed again after saving, and are used only to perform read-only syncs. See our Security page for details.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the app. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.

Data retention & your rights

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. Deleting your workspace removes your connected credentials and associated data.
