These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CloudMonitor, a product of Radiatus. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
CloudMonitor provides read-only monitoring, cost optimization and security-posture insight for cloud accounts you connect. The service performs no mutating actions on your cloud infrastructure.
You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for the read-only keys you connect. You must have authorization to connect any cloud account you add.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other tenants’ data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it to violate any law or third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for read-only syncs.
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that insights are complete or error-free; you remain responsible for decisions about your infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radiatus is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
